The negotiation training has given me much more self-confidence, and I am able to conclude the negotiation much more effectively and quickly, which I am very happy about.

FP&P taught us how to facilitate team development from a reactive team to a proactive team. By creating a safe environment, connection between team members, commitment and also especially by giving people trust.

For me, it mainly comes down to the fact that you consider the feelings and emotions a client may have during negotiations. I still apply that lesson daily in practice.

People know each other better now, know how to find each other's qualities. And they also know how to address each other better on things they are less good at or where they can develop.

I rely much more on my intuition now. I no longer let fear stand in the way of pursuing my passion. While I am still there for others, I also respect my own boundaries.

FP&P has been incredibly helpful as a sparring partner. What do I actually want in this company? Which values are important to me? And which people do I seek in this regard?
