We're sorry to hear that things didn't go as expected! For FP&P, a pleasant collaboration is very important. We take your complaint very seriously. Moreover, we'd like to learn from any mistakes made.

If you fill it out, we will get back to you within 3 working days. If it unexpectedly takes more time or longer to investigate the complaint, you will be notified. Everyone involved in handling the complaint will treat the content and data confidentially.
