Introduction

You are about to gain insight into several aspects that determine the impact you have on your environment and on yourself. The outcome provides a first impression.

Of course, much more information is needed for a complete picture. At the same time, it is an opportunity to see where you can focus more attention to increase your impact. And to bring about change!!

Instruction

  • You will answer five questions.
  • Take a moment to ask yourself if there is a specific situation you want to keep in mind.
  • You can give a score from 1 to 10.
  • Ten stands for a high (read positive) score and one for a low (read less positive) score.
  • Question 2 contains two questions: 2a and 2b. The total score must equal 10 (for example, 2a a score of 6, 2b a score of 4).
  • The answers you fill in are based on your perception and thus provide an impression, not an absolute representation of a situation.
