Organization Development

What is essential to our organization? What are the important aspects of our culture? What values, norms and associated behaviors are an expression of who we want to be as an organization? How do we ensure that people experience and live it? How do we ensure change power in our organization to achieve this? These are challenges that we at FP&P are happy to help organizations with. Using a structured approach, we co-create integrated results at the organizational, team and individual levels. In this way, we secure development sustainably in a culture based on support and commitment.

FP&P starts from the context-specific relationship between objective, organizational expertise, behavior and environment based on the idea that there is no one-size-fits-all solution for organizational development. We see an organization as an economic-social system and as a community of people with a story. Understanding and describing this story is a prerequisite for successful organizational development. Indeed, narrative gives meaning to what we perceive. To what we hold to be possible-and impossible. But also to how we relate to each other.

By understanding the story of the organization, we connect with its being. This involves a deeper understanding of the organization’s content, function, origins and performance. This is how you get a grip on the source of the system. Moreover, you gain access to the inherent abilities as well as the potential of the whole.
