Coaching is an interactive method of conversation and exercises aimed at promoting sustainable changes. Work can be done on mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels depending on the question and agreements between the coachee and the coach. A clear psychological contract forms the basis of the encounters.
Usually, five sessions are sufficient before returning to work independently for a while. We encourage an independent and “stubborn” mind to promote self-reliance and initiative.
A conversation with the employer/supervisor can be part of the sessions. The content of the conversations will always remain confidential between the coachee and the coach.
