Negotiation is also customization. And we can help you with that. Through a customized training, or through specific negotiation advice.

In a customized training, we like to work with small groups of 6 to 9 participants. This allows for individual questions and a lot of personal feedback. The design of the training starts with specifying the behavior and negotiation skills required to achieve the business goals of the participants. We then inventory practical examples, conduct intake interviews, and review visit reports, account plans, quotes, and more. This way, we get to know everyone’s work situation and can bridge the gap between theory and practice in the training. The training typically consists of 15% theory and 85% practical exercises.

Need advice on a complex negotiation? With a whopping 30 years of experience, we are a valuable sparring partner in negotiation situations. We can advise you in various ways. For example, we work on tactics and strategy, facilitate the negotiation process, and assist in conflict resolution. This may involve analyzing the complex negotiation dynamics and identifying the core challenges. Advising on which buttons need to be pressed to make the negotiation a success. Also, practicing important negotiation skills and attitude aspects individually or as a team can be part of the customized trajectory.
