I experience life, including my work, as a wonderful, dynamic journey, in which everything and everyone is interconnected. Sometimes that presents challenges in addition to inspiration. I learn a lot from that, because without darkness there is no light. For me, leadership is about being aware, animated and capable. This is only possible if we dare to be truly vulnerable and work from the balance between head, heart and gut. Preferably with a healthy dose of humor and self-mockery. People carry so much wisdom within them. You don't have to "become" it, you already are. I like to let people re-IN-nate that.
