Life is about awareness. Once, I was a celebrated young man—a successful investment banker thriving in the prime of life. Yet, deep inside, a part of me felt unfulfilled, fading away. In the summer of 2000, my world collapsed. Exhausted and burned out, I found myself questioning everything: Is this all there is? What am I missing? Who am I?
