About me
To me, Negotiation is a vehicle for a better world. A way to reduce unnecessary conflict, inspire more prosperous relationships, and help people reach better outcomes together.
That conviction runs through everything I do. As a consultant, I help organizations shape their commercial negotiation strategy and bring it to life in practice. As a trainer, I facilitate people’s growth as negotiators and ensure they show up confident and well-prepared at the table. As a coach, I create space for professionals to explore the patterns and beliefs that shape how they negotiate, so they can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I complement my practice with doctoral research at Reykjavik University. Here I investigate how the negotiation climate within organizations contributes to negotiation effectiveness.
That interplay between research and practice energizes me: understanding what works and helping people act on it!
Beyond my consulting and academic work, I sit on the supervisory board of the Dutch Negotiation Network, where I direct its Negotiation Fellowship Programme.
