I am an energetic, incisive and driven trainer and coach and have always been curious about people's behavior. Being able to see through behavior and work together to improve it is what I like best. With my background in HR, leadership, training and coaching, I have gained extensive experience guiding challenging change processes. I see better than anyone else what a change process requires of people. In doing so, I know the learning points and challenges and see this as an opening to create movement and progress. My strength lies in making the unconscious, conscious. In doing so, I especially listen to what is left unsaid and missed. Thus, I enter into the real conversation to explore what is happening in the deepest layers and make lasting change in them.
