About me
When I was introduced to the Harvard principles of negotiation in 1995, it felt like coming home. I love complex negotiation situations. Analyze together where the crux is, determine the strategy and then experiment with how you conduct the actual conversation, always respecting both the other and yourself. I am a lifelong student of listening and questioning. And love the paradox of selling: stop wanting to sell, and instead help the other person buy.
